Rev Catherine Dearlove, Senior Pastor (She/her/Hers


Rev Catherine joined Trinity MCC November 8th November 2015, from England UK, as our Provisional Pastor.  This position was made permanent on June 12, 2016 with a unanimous vote.


Rev Catherine worked in the U.K. as Founding and Senior Pastor, of River of Life MCC, Dorchester, Dorset.  She also served as Interim Pastor of MCC Brighton, East Sussex. 


Rev Catherine has been a member of MCC since 1982, in England, Australia and now USA.  She has a Bachelor of Theology from Brisbane College of Theology.  She also completed a Masters in Contemporary Christian Spirituality at Sarum College, Salisbury. U.K. 


Rev Catherine enjoys anything to do with nature and spends her time off with her 4 dogs; Bobby, Lola, Harley and Tucker, 3 goats; Mischief, Oreo and Rascal and 3 donkeys; Romeo, Petunia and TJ (Trinity Joy).


Although Rev Catherine has a generous heart, and a penchant for English, Belgium and Swiss chocolate, she will not share it with you - but rather buy you one of your own!


Rev Catherine believes that we can make the voice of love louder than hate.



Azrael Millay (She/Her/Hers)

Confidential Assistant To The Pastor And Custodian


Azrael Millay (She/Her), born in St. Louis Missouri in 1998. moved to Gainesville in 2012. She comes from a politically active family and has been going to rallies and protests from a young age. 


She is very passionate about improving the world and the circumstances of everyone possible. She was one of the founders of Alachua TranQuility Community Group, and continues to do activism to this day as time allows. 


Her interests/hobbies include Music, Cars, Spiritualism and the Esoteric, World History, Language, and The Human Experience. She was a cosplayer in her teen years, but has developed a love for cars and car culture the last few years, and works on her own project car when she can. She aims to keep growing, learning, and leaving a positive impact on the world and those she knows.


Jonathan Dees, Music Director

Throughout the years Jonathan has been blessed to play and sing in various settings and develop this gifting.  His parents recognized the gift and a few years later and enrolled him provide music lessons; Piano, Violin and they bought him just about any instrument he asked for including Bass, Piano, Organ, Rhythm Guitar, Drums.


Later in life he took 2 years of music at college focusing on voice and piano.   Along the way he has also been blessed to preach and teach at various churches.  He took all the home courses for Assemblies for God, to be qualified as a licensed minister.  Although he felt the call to ministry long before and preached at his parent's Baptist Church in his early teens as well as at private school.   He was ordained as a minister in an Independent Pentecostal years ago where he served as Assistant Pastor, Music Minster and Youth Leader.  Since that time he has preached and taught at various denominations. 



Emily Milton, Thrive Teacher

After spending many years in church as a teen, Emily as a young adult volunteered with youth to teach art classes, tutor, and worked as a teacher's assistant for k-5.


Emily has always had a heart for kids and harboring a safe atmosphere for learning and growth. She describes herself as primarily an Artist and has spent years leaning into her creativity and self expression, often thinking it would lead to a child care/education related profession. She is a Florida native and has spent most of her life in North Florida. She currently has two kitties, a chiweenie and a leopard gecko.


In her down time she enjoys spoiling her fur babies (+scale baby) with her Fiance Shiloh.
